12yWe appreciate your opinion and regret you didn’t spend time with some of our thoughtful and caring leaders – we have many! Additionally to address your comments about the payday industry, we appreciate that you have the right to your own perception. From our perspective, this industry is welcomed and needed by many Americans and our fees are presented in a clear and easy to understand format. Our loans are also extremely competitive compared to alternatives like bounced check fees, utility disconnection fees, and credit card advances and late fees.
