      Great people to work with. Good team dynamics within departments.

      Cons

      Dynamics between departments is not great. Pay is on scale but good benefits are lacking. No 401K match.

      Very easy job and computer system.

      Cons

      Management shows favortism and will hire management from outside instead of the people who have been working for them previous who have shown interest in management

      Out dated system. Really think we could be paperless All the equipment is outdated or broke It takes really long to get anything replaced or fixed
