In addition to market-competitive compensation, we offer other benefits such as corporate discounts for some goods and services, business casual attire, compensation increases, bonus potential based on Center performance, and many others. We also make a point to regularly assess local/regional costs of living and make compensation adjustments when needed. Please address your concerns to your management or HR if you still feel your compensation and/or benefits are not competitive. Thank you.

      Pros

      A lot of focus on the development of team members. Great work hours. Very customer-centric business. Products designed to help customers. Company is moving in the right direction and is striving to be the best in the industry.

      Cons

      The benefits are not the best. Loss of some great upper management that really cared about their people and the business. Limited growth opportunities.
