Pros

Flexible schedule, holiday pay, sick pay, monthly bonus (IF you can meet goals)

Cons

Only bonus if you meet your centers goal (you could be higher than anyone else in your cluster of stores and best everyone else in New customers and new loans but not bonus because you didn't hit your individual goal and if you didnt hit, they dont care. They just raise the goal even higher next month so bonuses are few and far between), the pressure for sales is stifling, the marketing expectations is ridiculous. They are suddenly closing stores all over the place and if you try to bring it up to your DDO they clam up and won't say anything. Always told to just keep doing more with less people. There are multiple people I see busting their butts and working toward promotion and keep getting told next quarter, next year, a few months and the position never opened so they left. There is no room for advancement.

Not worth the pay

Pros

The center manager is great

Cons

Corporate does not appreciate its employees within the Centers. The amount of work that they expect you to do is extreme for the hourly wages they offer and the goals they set monthly in order to receive bonuses is unreasonable at times

The opposite is true. The opposite is true.

Pros

I think that the company sees it as a "pro" that many "monthly customers" are returning for 15 years and more, mostly because they are monthly customers, which keeps them unable to stop borrowing or they won't have rent money because of the low financial standard of living that the state seems to expect them to be okay with.

Cons

If you look at their "mission" listed here, then based on my experience, please take carefull consideration that the opposite can be put into practice on a daily basis. I think that the culture in that specific district (for many but not all ppl employed with them) is more like an unscrupulous cult.
