Pros

I think that the company sees it as a "pro" that many "monthly customers" are returning for 15 years and more, mostly because they are monthly customers, which keeps them unable to stop borrowing or they won't have rent money because of the low financial standard of living that the state seems to expect them to be okay with.

Cons

If you look at their "mission" listed here, then based on my experience, please take carefull consideration that the opposite can be put into practice on a daily basis. I think that the culture in that specific district (for many but not all ppl employed with them) is more like an unscrupulous cult.

I sit there and make phone calls all day. It was super easy and laid back. Sad that I had to leave!

Cons

Can get boring, sometimes you don't see a customer for hours.
