You have a lot of freedom honestly,

They want us to market with out paying us more, we have no budget to market. We are stretched thin with employees

Pros

None. You think you like something about the company..jus give it time..they'll fix that soon. Customers are amazzzzing.

Cons

You are encouraged to build these relationships..and you do..but thats when you have to weigh out how much you value ur morals as you take money from ppl on social security (specifically) month after month knowing very well they will NEVER get out of the endless cycle..even the repayment plan isn't designed for them to succeed. It's a sad saaaaad joke..you'll find out real fast ur jus a small replaceable game peice to them..no matter what they try to tell u.

Pros

The hour long lunch and two 15 min breaks

Cons

Back to back phone calls, micromanagement, randomly add on to business hrs and expect you to be available (use to be open 9-1 Saturdays now required to work full day hrs), constantly adding to the workload and not to the pay
