Pros

Ok Health insurance, Get full hour for lunch.

Cons

Boring and will not learn any skills for other careers. Management cannot be trusted. DDO’s & RDO’s are shady and untrustworthy. Very stressful. Customers are irritable, mean & have no intentions of repaying their loan. That leaves a horrible bad debt every month. Company makes employees lie to customers to get them to take a loan out that they can’t afford to payback.

Pros

Helps people obtain loans they are unable to receive at a conventional bank.

Cons

The learning atmosphere in which you are reading modules on computer and being tested after is filled with music, singing loudly, joking and laughing phone's ringing etc... one has a difficult time being able to concentrate and retain and therefore establish a solid foundation in which to excel! Very unprofessional atmosphere, where providing an easy going atmosphere is commendable it needs to be dialed back! At least for the initial training a more private/quiet setting in which to learn is most definitely needed in order to obtain real success!
