Depends on who is managing the center. It was pretty normal when I worked there.

Pros

Once you work hard enough to achieve the manager position it gets better wage wise. Still have room for improvement but they promise merit & cost of living increase soon. The best part is the schedule , within this field many competitors work late into the night and Sundays , here we are gone by 615pm on weekdays and by 415pm on Saturday and have Sundays off. Also the benefits are pretty good. They offer ways to make bonuses with metrics and goals.

Cons

Sometimes the goals are a bit high and unachievable that lead your workers at the branch demotivated , there will be times you work alone allot of someone is sick or on vacation since there's up to 3 people per branch (larger branches only ) and 2 per branch in regular branches. You will have to be comfortable with calling people over the phone and doing a bit of telemarketing.
