Pros

Decent schedule. Off one day in the middle of the week and Sundays. Rotating weekends off. Work culture is decent.

Cons

Corporate sets unrealistic goals without developing proper predictive models for goals and revenue. Is very stingy and restrictive when it comes to marketing. Costs money but spends the least it can get away with. Their mandates for consumer satisfaction can often be seen as borderline anti consumer by some; essentially not respecting the consumers wishes to opt out of our optional services for whatever reason. Senior management often loses touch on how storefront is run and grievances and suggestions are often left ignored.
