Pros

The parts discount although it is not as good as it was before.

Cons

Poor management, no pay raises, your pay Stubbs are only accessible online (can be printed), cannot get a set schedule, manager says he will notify you if he is going to change your schedule, but fails to do so and chooses to have you (employee) to just show up and attempt to clock in on what was your typically scheduled day of work. Now this has happened repeatedly over the 19 months I have worked there. There is little to none possibility of promotion.

It's a big company always hiring

Cons

Very poor benefits, they show no appreciation to employees they make it very clear it's all about the dollar and lies to make stock holders happy

Coworkers are great, great individual store atmosphere (depends on management). Flexible schedule.

Cons

Typical retail things - policies that are not practical, short-term employees, customers. Compensation for the knowledge expected is lacking.
