Number of hours each store is allotted is recalculated weekly, with no specific days of the week set as "days off" for individual Team Members, thereby making the planning of outside activities difficult. Though each store creates its schedule for the upcoming week, no later than Wednesday of the current week, employees desiring specific time(s) off must request no later than two weeks in advance.

The company limits their compensation provided to Parts Pros (counter help). This makes it difficult at times to keep good people. In some situations it also makes us less competitive and has a direct effect on our bonus. This is suppose to be a simple business...take care of customers, get them their parts and deliver them in a timely, clearly communicated manner.
