In a difficult period now

Pros

I've been here nearly 10 years and have seen the company go through many ups and downs. We have new leadership now that is of course changing everything once again. People work hard and I have many long-standing relationships with people here that are great. I think leaders genuinely want to turn the company around but have a long way to go.

Cons

Unrealistic workload and "fire drill" mentality Constant management/strategy changes Instability of company/constant rumors about relocations/layoffs, etc.

Pros

Get to meet and work with a bunch of friendly people. Work hours for my positon were perfect for my lifestyle needs. Manager was very nice and listened to concerns and was very flexible.

Cons

Division leaders couldn't keep a manager more than a year. I had five different managers in five years. Pay was very low and raises were very weak. District leaders are clueless on concerns of their stores. At one time, our store operated without a manager for eight months.
