Pros

Great company to work for. Very Flexible scheduling for Part time employees.

Cons

The company needs to focus on the stores by remodeling them. The company needs to allow the GM to schedule themselves to the needs of the business not to a template!! The pay could be better compared to other competitors. We need to take away the individual sales goals and focus on a store goal!!!

Currently I can not come up with a pro, hours are long and senior managment (RVP) micro manage days off and scheduling

Long hours, micro managment, focus on profit not growth

Pros

Great Hours, with overtime, ok pay, good training program if utilized, laid back environment most of the time, potential for advance

Cons

Poor District Leaders, Poor Managers, bad responses form corporate to correct issues, took 6 months to receive back pay, discount could be much better
