      If you know cars, they really treat you well.

      Cons

      The company made some changes since I left, but nothing too drastic. Poor management, software is outdated and so were their internal websites.

      Company Car. Home Office.

      Cons

      Always cutting costs, sometime to levels below what was reasonable. This applied to both Capital cost and expenses. Did not allow for good work / life balance. Evaluations and bonuses where not fair or objective.

      Learn a lot about cars and car parts.

      Cons

      Angry customers and the corporate headquarters does not value the employee much. Lot of friends were fired after one complaint from customers.
