Dont even think about trying to use your hard "earned" sick abd vacation time. Managers dont hire the staff to fill in a single shift because its money out of there pockets. Managers need, MUST, realize they need to spend a little to make a lot!

This is one of the worst companies I have worked for. The pay was absolutely crap. I made $8.25 an hour while Napa pays 10 starting. The Richmond,VA hub store was an absolute mess. There was no respect between employees and management, as well as no trust and respect between employees themselves This makes sense because everyone was bitter about the work load versus pay.. I had a previous experience working as a delivery driver 12 years ago at Strange's garden center where I made $12 an hour. This was when I was fresh out of high school. I don't consider anything less than $15 to be an acceptable wage. No one can pay off college debt and try to have a car and apartment with even that little. But seriously 8.25? That is a wage a 15 year old should make at a pizza place. Oh and I did work at a pizza place and made 9.25 an hour and that was 15 years ago!
