Pros

I loved the people that I worked with. I didn't mind the work that I did. Management works with you well to help you achieve goals.

Cons

I didn't experience it personally because I wasn't there long enough, but they are the type of company to fire you once you're making too much money. There are 4 of my current coworkers that this happened to. It was a rotating schedule too. You would work anywhere from 7:30-4:30 to 12:00-9:00. Working every other weekend.

Pros

Flexible hours Very easy job. Small business feel. Can get rewarded on performance. Holiday pay with an OK vacation package.

Cons

Poor upper management communication makes you feel like you're in the dark. Non competitive wages makes finding help difficult. Mandatory 50 hours as salary(only get paid for 40) Cost reducing strategy from corporate leads to skeleton teams in stores.

Good Benefits, Descent pay for Managers Fair Time off Can move up in the company if you are one of the favorites

Cons

Poor Training Program, Poor Pay for Team Members Out dated computer system that shuts down frequently. No clear nderstanding of daily processes A lot of favoritism shown which I not fair.
