Pros

If you interested in cars you can learn a lot from customers and employees who work here or shop here.

Cons

poor support from corporate. I used to be a retail parts pro and lack the support from my general manager, district manager, and the regional manger would never reply back to when I messaged him.

Pros

Great schedule, job security, great employee discounts, there are stores everywhere

Cons

Hard to advance with the company, merit increases in pay are a joke, company is ran by people who have no clue about the automotive industry and what it entails to run an automotive business.
