Epic Fail Waiting to Happen

Pros

I have met some great people while working for Advance. Many are friends, not just coworkers.

Cons

No pay raises ever! No work life balance. Micromanagement, enforced, unrealistic sales goals, no control in the store at all.

Pros

It's a Job. Great Customers. Nice employees.

Cons

Paid for 40 hours a week, expected to work 50, but they'll squeeze more if they can. No support from district managers. Constant scheduling changes that come down after the schedule is made. Upper management does not want you to have a life outside this company.
