Pros

There is alot going on, you can work with a variety of different platforms, tools, systems, and software.

Cons

The benefits are ok, they keep raising the rates and lowering the coverage. Being self insured they are looking at the bottom line not what they can do for the employee. They treat employees like a disposable resource and can be replaced easily and not like an asset. They hire you in and you are locked into whatever you are hired into unless you come in with an offer or threaten to leave. They hire new people in at higher positions instead of promoting from within the company. If you do your job and do it will and no one notices you will not get promoted. The evaluation systems really sucks as well. If you do everything on your evaluation and do it above grade, they will mark it down so they do not have to give high evaluations and raises.

Pros

If you have an manager that cares, then its ok. He will try his best and even bend the rules for a while untill his DM comes down on him. THIS ENTIRE REVIEW IS BASED ON A PART TIMERS POINT OF VIEW.

Cons

If you are not a GM, Manager, or commercial parts pro with a lot of background experience then it is no worth it. For part timers, they fuss if you want more than 20 -25 hours and you only get around 25 to 50 cent raise if you are lucky. One guy got a 5 cent raise after 2 years and he was a hard worker. What a F in joke. Read Roller Coaster's reviews he or she is exactly right.

Pros

Great customers - Excellent customer service philosophy from corporate - Career advancement opps are there to be earned and awarded, if you have the time

Cons

* Corporate/retail training is abysmal unless the store is staffed well enough to make daily operations managable, and the AGM recognizes how critical training is to creating an effective team and is willing to put forth the time and effort to methodically train his staff. *Regional District Manager is untrustworthy, and is an incredibly divisive *Copious amounts of material waste (paper, plastic, et al) *In an attempt to reduce operating expenses, the company has instituted a scheduling software protocall that is not only tedious to use, but leaves the store understaffed by 8% on average at all times; understaffed at the evening "rush"
