Too worried about compliance

Pros

It can be a fun environment with a lot of good people to work with (both team members and customers)

Cons

The DM's are too worried about compliance issues. By this I mean they worry about being on the RVP's radar concerning things such as not meeting sales quotas on FIM or project packs. It's like we have lost focus on the sales, financials, and getting the customer the best, most cost effective solution. Just an example, the DM gets on a conference call and tells one store that has consistently blue weeks (current employees know what I am talking about,) that they are not doing enough because they have not sold enough FIM. I think this is just plain ignorant.

Customers I deal with are the best

Cons

No raises. Been 3 years now. And if your in management it is really bad. More and more paperwork and do more. With no more pay. No advancement ops either. I use to love it but now its one of those jobs I dread. They don't take care of the employees like they say. Very disappointing

Pros

Certain of the Middle Management does fight a good fight. You get a company car and peers understand team work

Cons

To many to list, but will try. They refer to CAMs as part of the Leadership team, but they have no say. NONE of the current leader have the fields back and never listen to the customers Continue to find ways to reduce base salary and potential for higher bonuses No home and work balance Benefits are to high and cover nothing Always higher from outside the company and industry very little good people and to many idiots making decisions
