      Pros

      The good and helpful co-workers. Working inside the building 90% of the time. Work environment is clean and safe.

      Cons

      Some co-workers should not be STILL be there. Working outside in the cold/wet without as much as a wind break.

      Pros

      The best reason overall is the people are friendly and the job is not to stressful, everybody knows what to do you dont have to keeo telling them what to do.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides to working at advance autoparts is sometimes you have to.work overtime and even bring your work home with you.
