Pros
If you're into cars, then it puts you around what you'd enjoy. You also receive a discount and products, which could be higher in my opinion. You do have the ability to be promoted through the chain and can move somewhat quickly. Management was easily able to work around my class schedule while I was in school.
Cons
The pay was decent but there is no commission. You really have no aspiration to sell as much as possible when you know that you'll be paid the same either way. The manager was the only one who would receive a bonus based on the sales goals.
