Pros

Flexible hours, easy to catch on if you pay attentions, good people, great logistics, good part selection, good brand representation, obtainable sales goals, great mid-level corporate management.

Cons

Help desk support is non-existent, If something goes wrong your store is on a lonely island for at least 24 hours until upper level help can be reached.

Pros

There are good opportunities to make my mark and a difference in the success of my company. Advance offers a great work life balance and the people are the best I've ever worked with. It's like a close knit family environment.

Cons

Sometimes initiatives roll out and are quickly replaced by another initiative before giving the first one a reasonable chance.
