Pros

Open minded about working from home. Good work life balance.

Cons

They do not fix the problems they run into. They sweep them under the rug and continue on making the same mistakes. Point it out too often and they'll show you the door (not the problem you pointed out)

Pros

There is room for advancement, lots of information is available if you are willing to look and learn it. The hours are not terrible for retail.

Cons

Many of the people they hire have no automotive knowledge at all. They will tell you want you want to hear about a position, but when you're in the position, all you are told is to tough it out.
