Pros

The only Pro is a company vehicle

Cons

Leadership is dishonest, arrogant, will through anybody under the bus to cover themselves from a write-up or firing.. meaning leadership has NO accountability because they're all buddies & cover each other. Leadership does not care if you have a life outside of work, they expect you to work 60-70 hr's a week & still complain you're not doing enough. You'll also be micro-managed & harassed beyond belief & that is not an exaggeration Company benefits are very poor as I got better healthcare rates on my own. Company is so cheap they make you pay for your own uniforms. HR back's leadership-up and does not investigate unless forced too.

Pros

Nice change of pace. Your doing everything from stocking shelves to delivering auto parts to commercial customers. Learn a lot about fixing cars. Team member discount

Cons

Safety Assistant and general managers Poor working conditions. Within the first month the company didn't even supply me with a company jacket let alone a company T-shirt. Place 90% workload on the drivers Treat drivers with extreme disrespect Hours

Pros

Depending on the store you work at you will either love it or hate it. The store that I worked at was great, management, everyone. The company also like to promote within, except the district managers. Before they fired all the other managers in the district and replaced them with former managers from Best Buy it was an awesome part time job. I worked here all through college and had a good time, decent money for a part time job.

Cons

With new management, hours dropped, we were short staffed, and were expected to sell way to much. There was an unrealistic amount of training videos to watch with the less than 40 hours a week that is considered full time. The one thing I hated about working here was when people had unrealistic expectations of you when they bought something. Some people would get mad because we wouldn't put a light bulb in for them.
