      Okay pay if you don't mind having no life and being threatened with your job constantly

      Pros

      I was a GM and the pay was decent enough for the amount of physical work that had to be done.

      Cons

      Corporate has no problem letting you know that there's a million other people out there willing to do your job for less. Corporate will always take the side of the customer if they happen to call in, regardless of how much you helped them or what they were trying to get.

      Pros

      The only pro that the company would provide you is that they won't lay you off if you perform your duties. There's always a position open if you know the right person or if you happen to come in at the right time.

      Cons

      Depending on your manager, there is a lot of favoritism and fraternizing going on within the company. Advancements within the company are solely based upon this factor even for veteran team members who have been there for longer than new hires.

      Met with different challenges every day, great way to help people,

      Cons

      Store manager is a bully (but some other managers were great), low pay, training is a joke (computer based mods that are easy, but no theme to do it), poor communications between the 2 dm's, a real lack of integrity overall.
