      Pros

      Advance Auto parts is a great place to meet people and create connections. Part time employees are great to work with.

      Cons

      The management style is terrible not only in this store but from the corporate level as well. General and Assistant Managers aren't always the best people for the job and have done more kissing of the behind then anything else. The computer system is downright terrible. Pay is subpar. The discount they give you is the same discount they give online customers. They expect you to sell additional items with little to no incentive. Overall a terrible and greedy company.

      Job ain't worth your time and your life. Work somewhere else! Hoping to quit in less than one year from now.

      Pros

      None whatsoever except getting discount on parts. Flexible hours, and guaranteed hourly pay. Ain't nothing more than just that.

      Cons

      Low salary for all team members except general manager. Highest turnover rate among any kind of retail job market. Over 20 employees came and went in less than a 2 year period, including general managers. Odd, inconsistent shift hours for most team members. Promotional opportunities are only given to Spanish speaking employees than those with automotive retail experience. WHAT A JOKE!
