Will pay external candidates more than internal for positions trying to promote to. Seems to only hire female and foreigners now since pushing the culture aspect and then blast all over social media. Treats hourly team members differently than salaried ones even in corporate setting where in professional roles. Mgmt plays favorites quite a bit and if new, favors people they hire vs ones already there.

No mentoring programs, no increase of pay unless promoted to new position, no latteral movement unless someone leaves-- then you receive brief training and expected to perform. General managers do not receive enough formal business training and have difficulty understanding business models.
