Was Great Till They Bought CQ

Pros

Great leadership prior to the CQ buy out. Benefits were standard but pay was above average compared to rest of auto parts industry

Cons

Took a nose dive after we bought CQ. Executives were way in over their heads and a lot of team members got screwed. Funny how the little guys always takes the pain.

Low Morale No Career Advancement Political Infighting Favoritism A culture of cronyism, nepotism, and infighting pervade the entire organization. Management is manipulative, insincere, and their interaction with employees is half-hearted at best.
