low pay at 10 dollars an hour you could make better money at McDonald's. They Pick at every penny and are very cheap. Better be able to speak Spanish, tons of Mexicans all over the place. They monitor your every move inside and outside the delivery vehicle. No cell phones or navigation allowed.

In the past five years (been here 20+ years), the company has lost it's passion and focus on what we do. Too much effort on trying to create diversity on every dimension other than cars or car parts. Too much effort talking about the need to make money - not enough on how we make money. The company was very successful and saw it's greatest growth when we were committed to selling auto parts and were staffed by corporate leaders who had a passion and commitment to selling parts. Today, having an automotive background and/or more than 5 years tenure with the company puts an employee at great risk of having their "position eliminated".
