Pros

Hours aren't to bad. If you like cars and car guys, this is the job for you.

Cons

They don't care about there employees. Your just a number. Bonuses are a thing of the past. They set unrealistic sales goals. The company has gone down in the past 5 years.

Pros

I enjoyed helping customers find the parts they needed for their car(s). The other employees were pleasurable to work with.

Cons

The job was stressful, as there was often a language barrier (the area featured many Spanish-speaking people and I only speak English).

It took me 1 year to become full time. Been promoted 3 times in 5 years of service.

Cons

Upper management sucks. They have no regard for you and your family and your personal goals. All that matters is sell more, sell more, and sell more.
