Cons

There used to be room to grow and used to be opportunities but company would rather overwork current staff and then hire from outside which always ended poorly

Pros

Chances to learn about car parts. Chances to make connections. Chances to establish relationships.

Cons

Too many lies. Lots of work for very low pay. When asked manager for a raise, he said he'd need to talk to the district manager. Months passed, he said "the district manager said you can't." Months after, the same manager tells me the only way to get a raise is through a promotion. In 3 years Ive been working here, I was promised a promiotion 4 times, and they were all lies. You have to give up your life, work sick, give up getting medical appointments or even having a life outside your work. There is a lot of favoritism and some managers are picked by finger. I never felt so disrespected at work. It's best to do as little work as possible there because they do not appreciate or compensate their employees.
