Cons
I was hired immediately as a full time keyholder 40+ hours per week, until 6 months later my manager was allowed by the company to hire his friend who basically took my job and my hours were cut to 11 per week. I was also paid under minimum wage because I moved between stores in different states and HR had zero help for me, 3 years later I have seen zero back pay in my account.
