Horrible pay Hours get cut cause it's the slow part of the year when we are more busy then winter (the actual slow time of the year) Unreliable people being hired New hires making more than someone who has been here longer. 2% raise which is a huge joke when you already make little and the new hires come in at more. New hires get a 100$ gift card to the store but the employees who have stayed through all the inconsistencies get nothing. Expect you as a driver to do someone else's job and not get equal pay for it. Get told to let someone go cause they don't wanna pay more when higher ups are told said person has a better offer somewhere else. But at the same time will pay someone who is new and Unreliable more money instead of paying the reliable ones. New hires just stock stuff in the wrong place on truck days and are never held responsible for their actions. Our commercial manager who is the back bone of the store and doing 2 peoples job gets paid $1 more than the new hires for counter position. Avoid this company unless you like being treated like crap and as a lower unworthy person.

Don't have any personal problems and take fmla. They will pluck you from your thriving store and stick you in lowest volume and throw away store . Then say "legally have to hold your position not your location" win gold standard award prior month,hit sales to target, become 2nd highest grossing store in district? Pfft. That was last week and you took time under a structured plan to take care of your family. Shame on you. Go take the store that has been destroyed by multiple managers and cannibalised for new store opening. I would have stayed 10 more years if not for that low and dirty move. That is just a month tho. Take 6 months and be dm favorite you are right as rain to go back to your same store. Oh well. Gave me great experience and next notch for resume. Took about 6 days to find better job. So thank you for motivating me to look else where.
