The culture will drown out the negatives of a lot of bad stuff. First thing, instead of pay raises they did a blanket raise of 1.5% acrossed the company. When you submitted a ticket you were contacted several hours later by a support person who could barley speak English. Ths parts catalog was all but useless. Next was company resources. If you needed to contact anybody outside of your direct supervisor , such as HR or IT. You had to submit a ticket and get ready to wait. Most people with experience start off at $10 an hour. Most GMs start at 40k a year. Pay raises are almost never given. They just installed cameras in the delivery vehicles. Which watch you live. You speed over 5mph more than 3 times your terminated on the spot. They use the cameras as intimidation. They don't stock their DCs well. Constant shortages and no stock to order in. This company does not like free thinkers. It's there way or no way PERIOD.
