Leadership is severely lacking in understanding what it takes to get the job done. Upper management does not respect or appreciate the people in the trenches doing the work and think everything should be quick and easy and doesn't understand that things take real effort. Favoritism is a major problem and results in 90% of the employees being left without a chance to actually succeed. Hardest workers who are most dedicated are only rewarded with more responsibilities and more pressure without any adjustment to job description or compensation. Promotions are handed out like candy to executives or people directly involved in sales but the rest of us are treated like trash.
