      Good benefits, lots of time off. Many good coworkers.

      Cons

      Management constantly expects employees to be able to do more work with fewer people and less support amid constant layoffs. Turf wars and politics end up with employees being thrown under the bus and blamed for things that are actually the result of short-sighted corporate policy decisions. Those who work on the company's core business (and biggest money maker) -- print newspapers -- are undervalued, underappreciated and not supported. They want Jaguar newspapers for Kia prices.
