The biggest hurdle faced remains how fast can we adjust our business strategies to deal with the latest headwinds

Ability to work remote or in office, great work associates, pay scale exceeds local market average.

Cons

Does not value experience - has a history in the last 5 years of laying off older workers. Training is assumed to be responsibility of employee. Recognition and perks only afforded to non-support employee roles.

Pros

If you are lucky enough to work within the creative department, you end up working with some of the greatest managers ever! You knew exactly what you needed to do on a daily basis, no matter what shift you were scheduled for/what markets you handled that day.

Cons

It was a very hard place to try and move up and take on new responsibilities. The only way for someone to move into a new role was if your manager left.
