Pros

Some nice co-workers 3 different shifts to fit your schedule

Cons

Most of management has no idea how to communicate with production. "LEAN Team" just stands there and watches you work before going out for a cigarette every 10 minutes, They keep track of your bathroom visits, don't work here if you have IBS. Gossip, lots of gossip and cliques. Inside job postings are 90% already filled, they post it to make it "fair" even though they pick the person they specifically made that listing for.

As easy as it gets, until you have an issue.

Pros

They have a decent culture with a decent work life balance. You get a yearly bonus based on the facilities performance. They hire inside the facility before they release the position to the public.

Cons

If you need anything fixed they aren't respectful of your time or hourly goals. The maintenance hierarchy is the worst when they don't share info on how to fix problems around the clock. They only listen if you have a piece of paper with your name of it (ie: a degree) and they refuse to give extra money when you. are given more responsibilities without a new title.
