It's alright. Decent job with decent pay

Pros

You get full-time hours and you can get a bonus. Most supervisors are helpful. The people are alright. It's an easy job.

Cons

Too many people work there so no overtime. They expect alot out of you but don't really give thorough training.

Pros

When you have a good director, and I did, it makes it all the more bearable. People are great, and for the most part minorities who are very capable and smart but the economy supports exploiting them for low wages. A Walmart mentality regarding employees.
