      You get full-time hours and you can get a bonus. Most supervisors are helpful. The people are alright. It's an easy job.

      Cons

      Too many people work there so no overtime. They expect alot out of you but don't really give thorough training.

      Pros

      Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

      Cons

      Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
