Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.

Pros

None, the place is actually awful and they set you up for failure. They will leave you with no director and no HR to report to on site and then expect you to keep your cool while everyone acts like children and if you do snap they will send you out the door without even a second glance based on biased reports from other peers who LIE

Cons

Everything about this place is a con, they claim they have “competitive” pay but will cap you out within a year of working there. They give no support to their management staff who they force out of projects to run new projects and then even though it’s their fault if you have a meltdown they will “term you work cause” so they don’t have to pay out unemployment because they are more worried about ensuring they higher ups get their bonuses so they can go on their 4 out of country personal vacations each year rather than actually take care of the ones with boots on the ground because you are just a warm body to fill a seat in their eyes

Pros

The trainers and coaches were nice, for the most part. Most of the people were very nice. They'll hire literally anyone with a pulse.

Cons

This is the most dehumanizing work environment I have ever had the displeasure of being in. It's perfectly reasonable to scan your badge to get into the building, but you also have to scan your badge to get OUT of a building or to leave the break room. You are under constant surveillance. They tell you 12 weeks of training, but the classroom training has no virtual environment to learn the system in. You just have classes and rudimentary simulations to learn their system. The company system is so overly bloated, convoluted, and poorly designed it makes Microsoft look streamlined. They expect you to use their solution center to resolve issues and file complaints, but the search engine is a complete joke. Once you're out of classroom training they immediately start hounding you about meeting stats, even though you don't know what you're doing. Upper management is rude and treats you like you're less than human. Cubicles are cramped and representatives are packed together like sardines. If you actually laugh or have fun with your coworkers you'll get yelled out. The restrooms have no ventilation, are poorly lit, and are disgusting. Everything about this place is inhumane and degrading. No human being should have to work in this type of environment. It is basically a sweatshop. The pay is not worth the stress and the abuse.
