Micromanagement, Elizabeth Kimbrough who is director laid off employees once again during the holidays. When we were told we would be on different projects. I was at company more than 5 years and was just let go. Training is no given just signed off on to lie to client that training is being done which sets everyone up for failure. Raises are given yearly although they promote as if they are

Easy training, simple job if you like to fill out boxes and find patterns, which I do. PTO. Holiday pay. Good people to work with.

Cons

Occasionally the system gets messed up, and I don't think I ever did get that 1 year hiring bonus
