Job constantly threatened, rules changing, managers are on calls for like 6 months before they are promoted so nobody really knows what they are doing

Working from home most of the time Overtime availability

Cons

Having to go i to office 2 days a week. Very limited on the amount of times they allow you bathroom breaks outside regular breaks.
