Pros

Full time hours. Lots of opportunity for over time. Most of the supervisors and co-workers are nice. Good resume building experience if you can stay long enough to justify putting it on your resume that is. They'll hire anyone which can be good or bad. Good time to practice your interview skills I guess? No weekend shifts except 1 Saturday/month if you're lucky to be on a specific project. You can quit whenever too which is awesome. No need for two weeks notice. A lot of people just end up not showing up.

Cons

Training was a damn mess and unorganized. We were given all this information and no time to actually practice. My first day I didn't even know how to answer the phone. But I guess they're so desperate for people that they'd sacrifice their customer's accounts just to have more people on the phone. They'll change your schedule whenever w/o notice or extremely short notice. Not acceptable at all.

Needs New Director and Better Pay

Pros

Casual environment. Floor Supervisors are nice. Overtime available often. Comfortable air conditioning- inside job.

Cons

Agents get lowest minimum wage and do not get an increase after years of employment. No room for career advancement or pay increases. No bonus or holidays off. Favoritism by upper management is obvious. Director is harassing, bullying, unethical, rude, and embarrases staff in front of others. Complete lack of respect given to management staff by director and executives. Benefits are expensive and unreasonable. Little to no incentives- no books, no music, no cell phones, no TVs, no magazines, no pens, no paper, no coffee machine, no internet!!! Short breaks given to agents with long shifts. Rushed training and lack of communication with changes. Constant computer and phone problems and no support to fix any of them.
