Pros

You will be hired if you can breathe.

Cons

So some brilliant minds somewhere decided to change everyone's schedules...without giving us ANY notice! They act as though we don't have lives outside of this place! We have weekend jobs because they don't pay anything, have to pay daycare or ride the bus...but we're ALL supposed to be ok with NOT seeing our kids because of service levels. They Don't CARE ABOUT US so why should we care.

A decent paycheck for the required work

Cons

Constant changing rules. Just changed my schedule without my consent. I am in school and told my sup what days I need off. The idiots put me down to work anyway on my school day AFTER I gave them my schedule. The sups dont give a damn about the employees and are lazy. I have only met two of them that are decent

Pros

The laid-back environment, a wide variety of different kinds of people to work with. I thought it was nice to work in such a diverse environment and so many different walks of life. if you get lucky enough to get a good supervisor then you will love your job.

Cons

I started off working there with a supervisor that was very helpful and understanding.. She was awesome and made me look forward to going into work everyday... during that time I was one of the top sales agents on the floor.. unfortunately she had to leave to move on to a better career and I had to move to another team with a new supervisor.. the new supervisor was extremely rude had no work ethic and did not like to helping his Team when you needed assistance with a customer on the phone.. it was extremely frustrating at times especially when you needed the help and wanted to make sure you're customer was satisfied but instead of getting help my new supervisor was extremely rude and was not easy to work with.. eventually because of the bad team work my job performance went down drastically and I ended up having to leave.
