Honestly there are no pros at all

Cons

This place will move to to different departments and tell you that you have a permanent position, only to lay you off 1 month after on a random Friday with no warning. Working there for 4 years was an absolute waste of my time. They have no care for their employees and treat them like trash. Worst place I have EVER worked.
