Work from home... For now. Hybrid for now.... For now. Paid time off. Holidays off for SOME departments. Time and a half working holidays.

Cons

No room for growth/promotion Took two years for fifty cent pay raise. Just laid off one hundred forty people. Recalling WFH back to office. When working holidays forces you into a half shift.
