Pros

If you interested in petty drama and enjoy being lied to, this is the place for you!

Cons

Literally everything. They lie to employees and prospective employees routinely. If they’re talking, they’re lying. They literally bribe employees to submit reviews for payment incentives. Routinely hire people and then when their start date rolls around, tells them the class is full and we don’t have work for you…keeping in mind, these people have quit their job on the promise of a start date. Pay is routinely lied about (pay and bonus structures are a complete joke - they can’t/downright refuse to even provide information on how bonuses are achieved, etc. , trainers are awful and threaten physical harm. Ongoing plumping issues AND employees who blatantly ‘work the system’ using call avoidance and keep their jobs. Upper level management aware of numerous issues ranging from lying, cheating, stealing time and the list goes on. RUN as fast as you can from this place.

Pros

I work with a good team. The dept is improving with new leadership. Currently WFH options are available.

Cons

They do not pay market rates for experience, IT skills, or IT positions. There is no incentive for skill improvement, nor any program for covering the cost of further learning or IT certifications.
