Good Entry Level Place to start If you're looking for a job ASAP. They will take almost anyone

Cons

No room for advancement. Must be part of the "popular" group to get any type of accomdations. Or promotions . 10 min breaks 30 min lunch No cell phones in the building

Pros

Experience in call center environment is about it.

Cons

Upper management not concerned with providing a good work environment. Turnover is ridiculous high , pay and benefits lowest in industry. There are numerous labor law violations filed and A major class action lawsuit by past and current supervisors for violation of overtime provisions.
